Summary Of How I Feel:

I feel good with the progress that I made. This month has been a rough one health wise for me. I aggravated my back pretty bad which left me unable to exercise besides a few walks here and there. I was sick twice. I had to have a procedure done that was not to fun. I also had some dental work done. I had quite a few doctor appts etc. Luckily I was still able to shed some weight. I still feel great about the calories etc. I don’t feel deprived or hungry so that’s good. I did have a 2 day span where I wanted ” TO EAT ” I couln’t shake the need to munch on stuff. Luckily the hubby understood and helped me through it so I didn’t completely sabatage myself. I really am lucky to have him doing this journey with me. Thanks to all of your support as well. You all give me tons of motivation to keep on trucking 🙂

5 Days I Workout & 2 Days I Rest. I did Week 2 the beginning of the Month. I did stop exercising for about 2 and a half weeks though ( Week 2 into Week 4 ) Between my back killing me and getting sick exercising just wasn’t happening. I did a few walks during the down time.

Summary Of How I Feel:

I’m starting to see the changes in my body. I got some new workout clothes towards the end of the month. I almost couldn’t believe they actually fit since they were a size smaller than I used to get and I even ordered them off the internet. LOL Calorie wise I’m feeling great and not deprived at all. Craving have been kept in check. I slacked on the exercise towards the end of the month. My back and getting sick kept me from doing it for a bit. Looking forward to the months to come. I love seeing the changes on how I feel & look. Thanks for all your support & motivation 🙂

I feel great. I made good progress this month. I’m so excited to begin to see the changes in my body. My calorie goals are on point. I don’t feel hungry all the time & cravings are not an issue at all. I’m really enjoying the 30 Day HASfit Low Impact Workout. It’s challenging & doesn’t hurt my already terrible back & knees. Me & the Hubby repeated week 1 all month since we are beyond out of shape. Looking forward to next month and the progress we will make. Thanks for everyone’s support. You guys ROCK 🙂

Switching up my exercise routine.


Switched up my exercise routine a few days ago. I was trying to do some type of cardio every other day Misc things … I found a site that offers a free 30 day work out routine with videos (http://hasfit.com/beginner-workout-program/). I love it so far. Me & the Hubby are on day 4. With our bad backs & knees and being so overweight it’s a perfect place to start. Day 1 – I was sore knees hurt a bit but it was good. Squats were tough for me. Day 2- I sweat my booty off LOL. It was good. Muscles were definitely sore after but in a good way. Day 3 – I had more energy during the workout. Squats were easier! I was so surprised. Day 4 – Is a rest day. I’m still a bit sore form the last few days but I feel good. A bit stiff to be honest I actually kind of in a way miss not working out today. Weird right . I’m excited and happy to see a change in how I feel already.

Weigh In 2/4/14


🙂 Well today was weigh in for me. I lost -.8 lb since last week. That’s pretty good considering Me & the Hubby celebrated our Anniversary. I drank 1 beer & went to the movies and had 1 20 oz Pop & a box of Goobers. Those are not something I normally have. Also only got in 1 out of 3 exercise days because my back was hurting to bad in the beginning of the week. So overall I’m pleased.
